Senior Data Engineer

Senior Data Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable ELT pipelines; own Snowflake environment, including performance tuning, dynamic tables, clustering, storage optimization, and Cortex integration; develop and enforce semantic models to expose consistent business definitions; define data engineering standards to improve quality and productivity; lead cross-functional data initiatives with engineering, finance, operations, and product; establish data quality infrastructure with validation, monitoring, and alerting; contribute to AI data infrastructure including RAG pipelines and vector storage; mentor junior engineers and collaborate with executives to drive adoption of data solutions; collaborate on executive-level translation of technical trade-offs into actionable recommendations.
