Senior Data Engineer

Senior Data Engineer in Lighthouse’s Data Products team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining streaming and batch data pipelines that power products and internal analytics. You will collaborate directly with data consumers to understand needs, deliver data solutions, improve data quality and latency, and mentor other engineers. You’ll embed an AI-first development mindset, work with Python and cloud data stack (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks), and engage with technologies like Kafka, Google Cloud Pub/Sub, Airflow, dbt, Kubernetes, Terraform, and data-governance tools. The role emphasizes ownership of data lifecycle, product-oriented thinking, stakeholder communication, and delivering data-driven value for a wide user base.
