Job Summary
Engineer, automate, and manage robust data ingestion workflows within the Enterprise Service Management team, ensuring seamless integration with downstream systems including ServiceNow. Build and maintain reliable integrations using Python, Snowflake, and OpenTelemetry to optimize data flow and system observability. Troubleshoot pipeline failures and implement validation checks to maintain data integrity across all end-to-end processes. Requires 4+ years of backend Python experience and strong SQL skills. Work 100% remotely with flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of backend development experience using Python
- Experience building data ingestion workflows and pipelines
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and OpenTelemetry
- Proven ability to build integrations with ServiceNow
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying
- Upper-Intermediate English level
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with data orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster)
- Familiarity with ITSM best practices and ITIL frameworks
- Knowledge of building and managing CI/CD pipelines for data products
