Job Summary
Engineer, automate, and manage robust data ingestion workflows within the Enterprise Service Management team, ensuring seamless integration with downstream systems including ServiceNow. Build and maintain reliable integrations while leveraging Snowflake and OpenTelemetry to optimize data flow and system observability. Troubleshoot pipeline bottlenecks, implement data validation checks, and maintain integrity across all workflows using Python, SQL, and Snowflake. Requires 4+ years of backend Python experience and hands-on ServiceNow integration expertise. Work 100% remotely with flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of backend development experience using Python
- Experience building data ingestion workflows and pipelines
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake
- Hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry
- Proven ability to build integrations with ServiceNow
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying
- Upper-Intermediate English level
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with data orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster)
- Familiarity with ITSM best practices and ITIL frameworks
- Knowledge of building and managing CI/CD pipelines for data products
