Senior Data Engineer - Digital Pathology (Hybrid)

Job Summary
Develop and deploy data pipelines, integrations, and transformations to support analytics and machine learning applications using open-source programming languages and vended software. Partner with product owners and delivery teams to retrieve data, conduct exploratory analysis, and transform datasets to identify and visualize trends. Build and validate analytical models while translating qualitative and quantitative assessments into actionable insights. Maintain an understanding of the organization's current solutions, coding languages, tools, and the Department of Data & Analytics technology framework. Provide consultative services to departments, divisions, and leadership committees as needed. This hybrid role requires location within 100 miles of the Mayo Clinic campus in Rochester, MN for quarterly on-site expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in designing, building, and installing data systems
- Understanding of the organization's current solutions, coding languages, tools
- Application of independent judgment
- Ability to partner with product owners and Analytics and Machine Learning delivery teams
