Job Summary
Build and optimize real-time data pipelines using Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and Cloud Functions. Design scalable data platforms leveraging BigQuery, BigTable, and Firestore while integrating Gemini Enterprise Agents via RAG and knowledge bases. Deploy and support Google CCAI/CCAIP and Dialogflow CX solutions, implementing secure GCP IAM controls with Terraform. Mentor team members, engage with stakeholders, and enforce PII masking workflows to ensure compliance. Requires 8+ years overall experience with 3+ years in GCP Data Engineering and an active Google Professional Data Engineer Certification. Located in Bengaluru, this role focuses on advancing 5G, MEC, IoT, and cloud-native architecture for global connectivity.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ Years Overall
- 3+ Years in GCP Data Engineering
- Active Google Professional Data Engineer Certification (Mandatory)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with BigQuery, BigTable, Firestore, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and Cloud Functions
- Experience with Gemini Enterprise, LLM orchestration, and RAG
- Experience implementing CCAI/CCAIP and Dialogflow CX solutions
- Strong expertise in Terraform and GCP IAM
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Apigee, REST APIs, Webhooks, SIP/SIPREC
- Knowledge of telecom or contact center platforms
