Job Summary
Architect and automate scalable ETL pipelines to ingest and centralize diverse studio tracking data, including project roadmaps, telemetry, and release timelines. Standardize and model disparate data sources into optimized database schemas that serve as a single source of truth for executive BI dashboards. Partner with product managers and studio leaders to solve data bottlenecks and design backends for new portfolio-tracking tools. Implement automated data-validation frameworks to ensure absolute reliability for critical leadership reports.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Data Warehousing and Data Engineering
- Deep understanding of RDBMS, database syntax, and SQL technologies
- Strong familiarity with REST protocols and JSON data structures
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining production-level ETL processes
- Proficiency with Python, Google App Scripts, or other scripting tools
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance practices (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Ability to work iteratively within agile methodologies and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- BS in Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- Direct experience with Tableau or other enterprise-level BI visualization tools
- Understanding of business operations, corporate finance, or AAA game development pipelines
- Experience building or supporting front-end software services and custom web tools
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and concepts
