Job Summary
Oversee installation, configuration, and commissioning of network and security systems across multiple data centre projects while developing standardised protocols. Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and contractors to maintain alignment with client standards, create comprehensive documentation, and serve as the ultimate technical escalation point for complex challenges. Build and mentor a team of Technical Specialists, establish best practices for validation, and drive knowledge sharing across the organisation. Act as the trusted technical authority for clients, consult with Design and Sales teams on proposals, identify project risks, and lead technical presentations. Scout emerging tools, collaborate with R&D teams, and establish metrics for commissioning excellence. This role requires frequent travel throughout Europe, occasional overnight stays, and field work in construction zones.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data center security systems
- demonstrated expertise in testing, designing, and commissioning integrated security platforms
- Proven leadership of Technical teams on complex security integration projects
- Advanced knowledge of platforms such as C-CURE, Lenel, Honeywell, S2, Genetec, Axis, or Milestone
- Deep understanding of network systems and equipment in high-stakes environments
- Professional certifications such as Lenel OnGuard Expert, CCURE Level 4, or Genetec certification
- Network, virtualisation, or server qualifications (CCNA, VMware, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field

- Crystal-clear communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
