Senior Data Center Support Services Technician

Identify opportunities to replace or upgrade server components, validate cabling, and ensure network environment connectivity. Monitor and assign work in the ticketing environment while mentoring less experienced technicians and implementing technical solutions. Train staff on advanced fix and repair techniques aligned with corporate objectives, adhering to SOPs and MOPs for Data Center Change Control. Act as a technical liaison for both technical and non-technical teams to identify and resolve resiliency, reliability, and availability risks.
