Senior Data Center Support Services Technician

Identify opportunities to replace or upgrade server components and validate cabling while establishing network environment connectivity. Monitor and assign work in the ticketing environment, mentoring less experienced technicians and implementing technical solutions for resiliency, reliability, and availability risks. Train on advanced fix and repair techniques aligned with corporate objectives, adhering to SOPs and MOPs for Data Center Change Control. Act as a technical liaison between technical and non-technical teams to provide subject matter expertise. This role supports operational processes within the Data Center.
