Senior Data Center Operations Engineer

Job Summary
Oversee overseas data center strategy and manage IT operations for the company’s data centers, including site selection, construction, operations, maintenance, relocation, decommissioning, warehousing, asset management, and service management, while ensuring security, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance. Build and maintain processes and documentation; manage relationships with overseas data center and network operators; supervise on-site operations outsourcing partners and teams; travel overseas as required for project construction or operational needs; support IDC-related certifications. Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher and 5+ years of experience in data center infrastructure or networking; proficiency in Chinese and English; ITIL and PMP certifications preferred; CDCP familiarity a plus. Strong communication, project management, coordination skills, and ability to work with international stakeholders.
Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in data center infrastructure or networking
- Proficiency in Chinese and English (written and spoken)
- Prior overseas work experience preferred
- CDCP certification familiarity a plus
- ITIL certification preferred
- PMP certification preferred
