Job Summary
Senior Data Center Construction Manager for OCI Hyperscale Data Center Delivery, based in Shackelford/Abilene, TX. Responsible for field execution of hyperscale AI data center construction, coordinating contractors, tracking field progress, resolving issues, and enforcing safety and quality to support turnover for commissioning and startup. Highly field-based with strong site presence and hands-on execution support to align daily activities with project sequencing and OCI delivery standards. Local candidates or those willing to relocate to Abilene, TX; relocation packages offered.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in field-based construction management for data centers or critical facilities
- Strong site presence and direct contractor engagement
- Hands-on execution support and coordination
- Ability to track field progress and resolve execution issues
- Focus on safety, quality, and turnover readiness for commissioning and startup
- Willingness to relocate to Abilene, TX or be local to Shackelford/Abilene area
