Senior Data Center Capacity Delivery Manager at Anthropic leads delivery of leased and partnered data center capacity, coordinating with landlords and developers to achieve fastest feasible schedules while maintaining safety and quality. Responsibilities emphasize leadership at project sites, developing partners and trades, executing decisions on development processes, and delivering regular executive reporting to inform capacity planning and strategic direction. Must understand end-to-end data center development, entitlements, permitting, planning, supply chain, execution, commissioning, and handover, with experience across data center delivery at scale in Australia and familiarity with AI infrastructure requirements.
