Job Summary
Support data analysis, process investigation, and stakeholder engagement to deliver Finance data initiatives and identify opportunities to improve reporting and decision-making. Design and deliver Power BI reporting and analytics solutions that automate manual activities and enhance self-service access to insights. Identify data issues, understand data lineage, and provide meaningful insights through data validation, reconciliation, root cause analysis, and trend assessments. Conduct business process analysis, including current state and future state design, to support process improvements. This role is part of a strategic transformation program modernizing Finance through automation and self-service reporting within the Reserve Bank of Australia's Partnering & Insights function.
Required Qualifications
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards
- Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions using reporting, modelling and analytics tools
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
