Job Summary
Senior Data Architect responsible for leading enterprise data architectures, including designing automation, data orchestration, and scalable data solutions. Role emphasizes bridging business strategy with technology vision, developing strategic roadmaps, enforcing architectural principles, and communicating concepts to diverse stakeholders. Key technical focus areas include Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, data lakes/marts/warehouses, data modeling (Inmon/Kimball), and integration with AI/ML workflows. Experience with data governance, security/compliance, and DevOps tooling, plus insurance-domain knowledge, is highly desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Tenure: 5+ years of related work experience in data architecture or enterprise systems
- Cloud Proficiency: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Python, and SQL
- Methodology: Deep knowledge of Inmon and Kimball data modeling principles, as well as Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
