Job Summary
Conduct social media performance analysis, campaign intelligence, and periodic reporting to evaluate owned and competitor channels. Transform large volumes of raw data into actionable insights using Brandwatch, Sprinklr, and ExportComments to drive strategic decisions and client outcomes. Develop high-quality presentations and audience studies that measure sentiment, engagement, and brand health while interfacing directly with clients to influence decision-making. Deliver weekly campaign reports and quarterly performance evaluations focused on optimizing marketing initiatives and demonstrating measurable business impact.
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in social media performance analysis, organic content strategy, campaign reporting, and market analysis
- Proficiency in English (especially written) for report creation and use of global tools
- Experience with presentation tools, particularly Google Slides
- Ability to transform raw data into strategic insights that generate real business impact and value
- Solid expertise in social media performance analysis, organic content strategy, campaign reporting, and market analysis
- Proficiency in Sprinklr for data capture and extraction
- Experience using Export Comments (or similar tools) for comment data collection
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency (comfortable with verbal and written communication for client interactions)
- Strong knowledge of social media metrics, performance reporting, and social listening (including conversation, sentiment, and perception analysis)
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables with excellence and strategic vision
- Confident interfacing directly with clients and managing expectations without the need for constant oversight
