Job Summary
Architect and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and Lakehouse/Warehouse structures in Microsoft Fabric to support enterprise reporting, KPIs, and Power BI semantic models. Lead end-to-end data initiatives, partner with senior stakeholders to translate business strategy into data solutions, and ensure data quality and governance across sources. Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports/dashboards aligned to data models; provide operational support, monitoring, and performance tuning for data ingestion and transformations. Role is permanent with hybrid work at Southampton (2 days/week on-site). Strong SQL and Python/PySpark, CI/CD, and collaboration with BI developers and business stakeholders are required.
