Job Summary
Design and maintain business-critical data and distributed systems delivering real-time, reliable data to go-to-market tools and internal users. Connect production backends to business systems including Salesforce, Marketo, Intercom, and Google Analytics by building ETLs and organizing large-scale data flows. Evaluate internal data efficiency, innovate data systems using GCP, and work cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, and support teams. Analyze data to create actionable business insights and build machine learning models for customer acquisition, churn risk, and upsell opportunities. Utilize Airflow, DBT, Presto, and Hightouch while exploring AI integration into the technology stack.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional experience in a technical area at a high growth startup
- A combination of technical and business acumen
- The ideal candidate has had experience growing and managing a smaller but high functioning team
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional experience in a technical area at a high growth startup is preferred
- Proficiency with Python and experience with DBT and Airflow is a plus
- Self driven and ability to identify problems and implement and identify solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and experience working cross functionally
- The ideal candidate would have an understanding of SaaS metrics and growth company infrastructure scaling challenges
