Job Summary
Partner with business stakeholders to define problems, gather requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions by analyzing large, complex datasets to uncover trends and insights. Build, validate, and deploy predictive models and machine learning solutions while developing dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, analysts, architects, and business teams to contribute to data quality improvements and issue resolution. Lead or support projects across data science, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives while mentoring team members and promoting best practices. Operate as a trusted partner to the business, translating findings into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences to drive action.

- Location: Oshkosh, WI (preferred) or New Hudson, MI
- Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 remote)
- Minimal travel (1–2 trips/year)
- Relocation offered for Oshkosh, WI only
