Job Summary
Senior Data Analyst – VoC responsible for supporting the Voice of Customer (VoC) program by collecting and analyzing customer feedback to drive improvements in customer satisfaction, loyalty, and experience. Design and manage VoC data collection methods (surveys, interviews, focus groups, social listening), collaborate across USP teams to gather VoC data and KPIs, develop reports and dashboards (CSAT, NPS, etc.), monitor trends, identify pain points, and propose improvements. Requires strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Qualtrics, Salesforce, Tableau, Python, SQL, and Excel; experience with CRM data sources (Salesforce, Oracle EBS, chatbot/IVR/CTI) and data visualization. BS in a related field with 2-4 years of VoC/data analytics experience; hybrid work option in Hyderabad, India; no supervisory responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, data analytics, business analytics, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in data analytics or related fields, with a focus on VoC programs
