Job Summary
Own the Content Intelligence Engine's core metrics and portfolio views, leading its evolution from MVP through V2 capabilities. Design pipelines to transform unstructured learner feedback into reportable CSAT and confidence-gain metrics, while building semantic models that connect engagement signals to commercial outcomes like win rate and deal velocity. Architect a living data structure for AI agents to query content quality and sentiment directly, translating findings into clear narratives for leadership across content, marketing, and sales.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in data analytics or data science, spanning both structured (SQL/engagement/CRM) and unstructured (qualitative/text/survey) data analysis
- Comfort applying data science methods (cohort/propensity matching, predictive modeling, causal inference) to answer 'does this actually work' questions, not just descriptive reporting
- Advanced SQL experience querying large-scale cloud data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake), including learner activity data and sales/CRM data (opportunities, order line items, contracts)
- Experience structuring and analyzing unstructured/qualitative data — open-text survey responses, sentiment/theme extraction — turning free text into reportable, comparable signal
- Working knowledge of cohort/propensity-matching methodology for business impact analysis
- Expert Tableau dashboard-building, with strong data visualization and design sense
- hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor) to build, query, and maintain dashboards and models
- Executive-ready storytelling across content performance, learner sentiment, and commercial impact narratives
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, AI-driven analytics, or NLP/text-analytics workflows
- Python for cohort modeling or qualitative theme extraction
- Direct experience with Trailhead Tableau Certified (Desktop Specialist or Certified Data Analyst)
- Familiarity with agentic or AI-native BI tooling (e.g. Hex) or notebook-based visualization (e.g. Python + Plotly/Streamlit) as complements to Tableau
- Openness to adopting new dashboard and BI tooling as it emerges
