Job Summary
Leverage advanced data analysis skills to extract actionable insights from complex datasets and collaborate directly with customers to understand requirements and provide effective solutions. Demonstrate proficiency in Power BI and Advanced SQL while developing comprehensive documentation, blogs, and video tutorials that educate internal teams and external users on data methodologies. Mentor Level 1 data analysts to enhance their troubleshooting skills and independently solve issues. This role emphasizes 80% strategic thinking and 20% coding, with a focus on long-term client relationships and professional growth within a growth-stage technology organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a data analysis role
- Proficiency in data analysis products, with a primary focus on Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly Rated Expertise in Advanced SQL (Analytical / Aggregate Functions)
- Proficiency in Azure services related to Data Analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and directly with customers
- Expert level skills in Advanced Excel in having the ability to understand Lookup/Pivot and translate the same in a BI Tool
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated Experience in using ETL Tools (Azure Data Factory)/Data Warehousing and Data Modeling (Star Schemas / Snowflake Schemas)
- Exposure to additional BI processes like Power Automate, and Power Apps. Etc.
- Previous Work experience as a Software Developer
