Job Summary
Drive data-backed decision-making by developing dashboards and data controls that enable teams to detect underperformance quickly and execute fast. Establish and track key metrics to monitor performance, while working with international teams to define new products for internal and external data insights. Propose out-of-the-box initiatives boosting menu quality, content variety, and cross-selling, then take proactive ownership of business projects from analysis to implementation. Provide expertise to local teams to spread technical skills and strategic insights for enhanced analysis.
Required Qualifications
- >3 years of work experience on analytical roles leading analysis and turning insights into actionable business recommendations
- Ninja expertise with Excel / Google Sheets and SQL
- A hands-on attitude
- Proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Good fundamental Python for analytics knowledge (pandas, visualization libraries, and basic understanding of ML and statistics)
- Knowledge of visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, etc.
