Job Summary
Senior Data Analyst; owns analytics engagements end-to-end, develops and maintains Power BI dashboards, dbt models in Snowflake, and centralized semantic models for departmental reporting; leverages AI coding assistants to accelerate SQL, dbt, and Power BI development; pilots AI-enabled analytics workflows (text-to-SQL on Snowflake) for self-service exploration; mentors junior analysts and presents findings to senior stakeholders; collaborates with the Senior Manager, Data Analytics to plan roadmaps and KPI optimization; builds data culture and automates ad-hoc analysis to provide action-oriented insights across Suvoda.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in business analyst, data analyst, strategy analyst, process analyst or similar role
- 5+ years’ experience using a business analytics service or tool: Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience in SQL, dbt, DAX, Python or equivalent
- Experience with Snowflake or an equivalent cloud data warehouse
- Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, Jira, and standard analytics and presentation tools
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and/or text-to-SQL or other LLM-based analytics tools
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives
