Job Summary
Senior Data Analyst role responsible for analyzing large, complex data; developing insights addressing cost efficiency, advanced AI, and predictive analytics; leading analytics projects from requirements to delivery; translating technical findings into actionable insights for clients and internal partners; mentoring junior BI colleagues; proficiency in programming languages and analytics tools; client-facing with executives and stakeholders; stay current with analytics industry developments and champion adoption of new techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics or Engineering plus at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with analytical visualization software such as SAS, R, Matlab, Python (Pandas/Scipy), Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI
- Advanced SQL knowledge and programming skills
- Ability to engage varied audiences to determine requirements and derive analysis to solve client business goals
- Mentors and coaches the development of less experienced business analysts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
