Job Summary
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform business strategies. Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to present data insights while using statistical methods to generate actionable recommendations. Collaborate with department teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout the process. Create detailed documentation of data analysis processes and findings and assist in the development and maintenance of databases and data systems. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field, along with 5+ years of proven experience in business/data analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in business/data analytics or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and forecasting techniques
- Solid technical, analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and communicate complex findings in a clear, concise manner
- ERP knowledge, with a preference for NetSuite experience, or willingness to learn on the job
- Knowledge of data governance and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
