Job Summary
Analyze business and pricing processes to identify optimization opportunities and recommend improvements based on best practices. Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs, align platform capabilities with requirements, and design pricing experiments with Data Scientists. Configure the pricing platform for optimal setup, deliver user training, and monitor performance to drive adoption and maximize platform value. This role requires 5+ years in pricing analytics, advanced SQL, and proficiency in Python/R or BI tools. Based in Ukraine, the position is full-time with flexibility for international collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in pricing analytics, data analysis, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R
- Understanding of data structures, modeling, and warehousing
- Experience in data cleaning and quality assurance
- Proven delivery of impactful analytics solutions
- Knowledge of market analysis, customer segmentation, and psychological pricing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Desired Qualifications
- Pricing strategy experience (cost-plus, value-based, competitive models)
- Dynamic pricing and price elasticity analysis
- AI/ML applications in pricing
- Familiarity with pricing intelligence tools
- Experience with retail pricing software
- Knowledge of pricing-related legal restrictions
