Job Summary
Senior Data Analyst Sales responsible for end-to-end design, development, and governance of sales dashboards, KPIs, pipeline, forecast, and campaign performance; proactively analyze KPI trends, identify drivers, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for management; define and harmonize sales KPIs and underlying data models for consistency and scalability; conduct complex strategic and ad-hoc analyses to support sales initiatives and commercial decision-making; translate complex data into decision-relevant insights and present stakeholder-oriented visualizations for top management; structure and prioritize business requirements into scalable analytical concepts and technical specifications; collaborate with Data Engineering and other interfaces to advance data architecture and data products; based in Ratingen with hybrid working option.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of solid experience in Sales Analytics with end-to-end ownership of reporting landscapes, KPI frameworks, and data-driven steering logics
- Deep expertise in Power BI including complex data modeling, DAX optimization, and performance tuning
- Strong SQL skills
- Understanding of modern data architectures and data modeling for KPIs
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into structured analytical concepts and technical specifications
- Smart analytical mindset with root cause analyses and concrete recommendations
- Clear communication to senior stakeholders and cross-functional alignment
- Hybrid working arrangement in Ratingen, Germany
