Job Summary
Drive the B2C collections strategy by analyzing client and operations data to measure impact, build reports, and propose strategic improvements for recovery rates and credit risk. Develop, maintain, and share analytics on debt and finance operations while optimizing credit decisions through A/B testing and threshold modeling. Collaborate with Finance, Ops, and Data teams to model debt for provisioning, ensure process improvements for client experience, and deliver reporting to the COMEX France and Group. Work autonomously within a fast-paced, low-process environment to lead recovery priorities and support financial decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Solid background in data analysis and data management
- Excellent SQL skills
- Excellent Python skills
- Knowledge of debt collection / credit subjects
- Ability to manage projects involving multiple internal teams
- Ability to work in French and English (minimum B2-C1 level)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as an Analytics Engineer
- Experience in the Consulting, Finance, or Tech sectors
- Knowledge of data/cloud environments
- Knowledge of modern data stacks
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and AI
