Job Summary
Senior Data Analyst in Retail Experience responsible for turning data into actionable insights to improve in-store technology and customer experiences across stores. Work hands-on with analysis across retail tech initiatives (self-service checkout, in-store systems, customer flows), translate complex data into clear insights for product teams and stakeholders, partner with product teams to guide data-driven decisions, drive end-to-end analyses from problem understanding to storytelling and conclusions, and help shape the analytics function as the team grows.
Required Qualifications
- Applicable working experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Solid experience in data analysis
- Experience working with SQL and either Python or R
- Ability to work with data from multiple sources and draw meaningful conclusions
- Experience translating analysis into insights that influence decisions
- Comfort working in less structured environments
