Job Summary
Collaborate with stakeholders across growth marketing, merchandising, digital product, finance, wholesale, and operations to define business questions and identify opportunities for data-driven improvements. Attack opaque, unstructured problems by developing core analytic frameworks that shape how the company thinks about its business, while diving into data to uncover insights that improve customer experience, drive revenue, or cut costs. Document and communicate these insights to stakeholders across the organization, advocating for a data-driven culture where all decisions utilize the most powerful data available. Work cross-functionally to upgrade and optimize reporting frameworks in BI tools, measuring initiative impact by tracking KPIs. This role requires 5+ years of quantitative analysis experience, advanced SQL, Python, and dbt skills, and is located in NYC with a salary range of $120,000-$135,000.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis or data science roles
- Advanced skills in SQL, Python and dbt
- Experience creating dashboards in BI tools such as Hex, Looker, or others
- Experience working in modern data warehouse environments, e.g. Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery or similar
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with marketing attribution methods and building LTV or MMM models
