Job Summary
Senior Data Analyst on Marsh McLennan Agency’s PATH team drives data-driven insights for population health and employee benefits. Responsibilities include supporting RN Clinical Consultants and Account Executives with data analysis, building standard and ad hoc reports to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities, leading data quality assurance, and delivering insights to inform renewal and risk mitigation strategies. Candidates should bring 5+ years of healthcare or employee benefits analytics experience, proficiency with Tableau/PowerBI, strong Excel and SQL skills, and experience with data warehouses (e.g., Artemis Health, Cotiviti, SCIO, Springbuk). Knowledge of benefits data across medical, pharmacy, wellness, demographics, enrollment, and claims history is preferred; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent career experience is preferred, with Master’s degree also preferred. The role supports a flexible hybrid work environment and requires legal U.S. work authorization without sponsorship. Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of employee benefits or healthcare experience with consultants, brokers, health plans, systems, or providers
- Proficient in reporting and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) with strong understanding of medical, pharmacy, wellness, and other benefits data
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SQL
- Experience in data warehouse environments such as Artemis Health, Cotiviti, SCIO, Springbuk, or carrier/TPA platforms
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
