Senior Data Analyst (Markets)

Job Summary
Conduct deep-dive analyses across 10 APAC markets to identify growth levers and operational gaps, acting as a primary consultant for local performance. Lead the development of complex SQL models using BigQuery and dbt to transform datasets into scalable reports and actionable insights. Integrate LLMs and agentic workflows into the reporting suite to create interactive, conversational business intelligence. Partner with senior business leaders to co-define key metrics, optimize processes, and translate findings into strategic roadmaps. Mentor junior analysts while maintaining data consistency and managing project backlogs to ensure alignment with a single source of truth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with a strong focus on SQL, data modeling, reporting, and data visualization
- Proven track record of developing data assets, reporting solutions, and strategic insights to drive growth, efficiency and/or cost savings
- Proficiency with advanced SQL (preferably with BigQuery or similar DWH)
- Experience in Looker or Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in translating data and financial requirements into effective solutions
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling analytics solutions in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently on complex projects and deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with dbt
- Strong interest in AI and LLM solutions (including Gemini CLI)
