Job Summary
Senior Data Analyst to collaborate with operational squads. Focus on analysing and presenting recommendations/process changes/new initiatives to management using insights derived from data. Use SQL to query data from the data lake, automate data processes, perform deep-dive analyses in Python or R, and adjust ETL tasks. Build dashboards and storytelling to champion insights, develop monitoring tools to measure performance, and create queries to answer operational questions across multiple teams. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence decision makers are essential. Flexible working arrangements and a diverse, collaborative team are highlighted as part of the role. Knowledge of AI applications in analytics and experience with AI-powered tools is encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Degree level in analytical discipline
- 5+ years in analytical role
- SQL
- Python or R
- Experience with data visualization tools (Metabase a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- English
