Job Summary
Deliver end-to-end analytical projects shaping commercial, product, and marketing decisions across the Sports portfolio. Build advanced forecasting models combining financial planning, historical performance, seasonality, and sporting events to improve business forecasting. Redesign and enhance the Tableau dashboard suite to provide stakeholders with faster, actionable performance insights. Improve data quality and accessibility by identifying gaps, optimizing reporting, and partnering with Data Engineering to strengthen pipelines. Apply statistical analysis, behavioral analytics, and experimentation to uncover opportunities driving revenue, conversion, and long-term business growth. Mentor team members while proactively identifying future analytical opportunities to mature the Performance & Insights function.
Required Qualifications
- Expert-level SQL
- Proven experience independently delivering end-to-end analytical projects from scoping through to implementation
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business challenges into analytical solutions
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Commercial mindset
- Experience using data to influence business strategy and decision-making
- Experience mentoring or supporting team members
- Ability to drive high standards across analytical delivery
