Job Summary
Senior Data Analyst leading cross-functional analytics across Lending, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Risk; drives data strategy, governance, and mentor-based knowledge sharing; owns hands-on data ingestion, reporting environments, and analytic models; develops enterprise dashboards and KPI scorecards using Tableau/Power BI; partners with IT and data engineering to enhance ETL pipelines and data lake usage; guides data analysts and cross-functional teams to improve analytical literacy and deliver actionable, senior-leader-ready insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics within a financial institution or related industry
- Valid driver’s license
