Job Summary
Build and maintain BI dashboards and reporting solutions for the revenue operations team, ensuring accuracy and data quality. Write advanced SQL queries, troubleshoot reporting issues, and respond to ad hoc data requests while identifying opportunities to improve reporting automation. Support reporting tools, datasets, and business metrics using cloud data platforms and tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. This role requires 4+ years of data analysis experience with a finalized Bachelor's degree. Work 100% remotely with flexible hours within a people-first culture that values growth and impact.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a finalized Bachelor's degree (incomplete degrees will not be considered)
- 4+ years of experience in Data Analyst or similar roles
- Advanced SQL skills
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Data analysis and reporting experience
- Experience with Cloud data platforms
- Upper-intermediate English level
Desired Qualifications
- Data-related majors are preferred
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation
- AWS or other cloud technologies
- Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes
