Senior Data Analyst

Senior Data Analyst at Hudl to bridge the gap between our technical backend and business leadership; you’ll build the Business Layer by leading complex analytical projects and ensuring reality is codified into the centralized context and reflected in the data warehouse. You’ll partner with VP+ leadership to translate AI-generated insights into actionable executive guidance, engineer data models with full business logic for AI tools, and pilot AI-driven analyses like predictive modeling and anomaly detection. You’ll define multi-phase roadmaps and secure buy-in by aligning with company priorities to deliver tangible value. The role requires 3 days in the Barcelona office per week in a hybrid arrangement. Must-haves include SQL and DBT proficiency, ability to navigate large codebases, clear and concise communication, and a strategic mindset. Nice-to-haves include AI/predictive modeling experience and domain expertise in Sales, Product, or Finance data.
