Job Summary
Senior Data Analyst to collaborate with operational squads at Freenow by Lyft in a multinational team. You will analyse and present recommendations based on data, develop queries in SQL against the data lake, automate data processes, perform deep-dive analyses in Python, and manage ETL tasks. You’ll build dashboards and storytelling outputs to champion data-driven decisions, create monitoring tools to measure performance, and communicate results clearly to management. Located in Hamburg, Berlin, or Barcelona with flexible working arrangements, you will engage with multiple operational teams and influence decision-makers across the business.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Economics or related analytical discipline
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical role
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with Python or R
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Metabase preferred)
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence decisions
- Curiosity about AI and its practical applications in analytics (LLMs or AI-powered tools)
