Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary
Collect, transform, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, assess performance, and create meaningful visualizations for customers within the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. Identify, assess, protect, and monitor High Value Assets by performing quantitative and qualitative risk assessments focused on threats and vulnerabilities. Build interactive dashboards and key risk indicators using Power BI to support leadership decisions and define data requirements for client needs. Create and maintain data governance documentation while collaborating with non-technical stakeholders to refine requirements and remediate data quality issues. Operate effectively in a hybrid work environment including on-site client work and remote settings. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience with a Public Trust clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (or higher) security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Twelve (12) or more years of experience in data analysis, engineering, data visualization, data integration, or database management
- Ten (10) years of experience with a Masters degree
- Experience ensuring data accuracy and usability through data quality management and integration using tools such as SQL, Python, or R
- Experience creating data visualizations and dashboards with Power BI
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal or enterprise HVA requirements and cybersecurity frameworks
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Understanding of relational database design and structures
- Hands-on experience with data wrangling and analysis in R or Python
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams
