Job Summary
Senior Data Analyst to partner across go-to-market teams (Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success) to connect the full revenue funnel from acquisition through retention. Apply analytics methods to GTM data (e.g., conversion funnels, attribution), consolidate findings into compelling narratives for stakeholders, advocate for data-informed decisions, and help standardize processes while mentoring teammates. Must be proficient in SQL, with experience in BI tools (Sigma/Tableau/Mode), and capable of contributing to cross-functional analytics initiatives; experience as a technical lead is a plus. Fully remote role offering competitive base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits; base salary range is $175k–$225k.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience with B2B GTM analytics across marketing, sales, RevOps, and customer success
- Proficiency in SQL with well-architected data models and optimized query performance
- Experience with at least one BI/visualization platform (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Mode)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate insights and business impact
- Ability to mentor teammates and contribute to process improvements
- Experience as a technical lead or manager is a plus
- Bonus: forecasting/predictive modeling
- Experience with tooling like Segment, Amplitude, Hubspot; dbt, Fivetran, Census
- Experience in Python or R
