Senior Data Analyst - Growth

Job Summary
Design, build, and monitor data models and dashboards to track business metrics for User Acquisition optimization and monetization strategies. Work with cross-functional teams to identify key needs and solve them using statistical models, while establishing data quality processes for machine learning reliability. Thoroughly document results, offer onboarding training, and promote data literacy by serving as the primary contact for data inquiries. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to manage senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role requires three days in the Paris office and leverages SQL, Python, DBT, AWS, and Tableau to accelerate product diversification and scale gaming apps.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years' experience in Data Analysis
- Proficient with SQL and/or Python, with a proven experience working with large and complex data sets
- Autonomous person with a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Experience with statistical modeling & predictive analytics
- Excellent verbal & written communication abilities
- Experience building dashboards with Tableau
- This position is hybrid and requires 3 days per week in the office based in Paris
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in gaming industry or mobile marketing is a plus
- Any personal or professional experience with machine learning will be valued
