Senior Data Analyst (GenAI)

Job Summary
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex structured and unstructured conversational data to improve virtual assistant performance using Google DialogFlow. Manage databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies to optimize data quality while analyzing dialogue system performance levels. Propose improvements to client experience by collaborating with data scientists on natural language processing and technical possibilities. Communicate analytical recommendations to stakeholders in both business and technical jargon, working with product owners to prioritize needs and implement analytical approaches within an Agile, self-steering team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- analytical background
- 2-5 years of experience within data reporting & statistics
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish
- To take ownership on tasks assigned
- To be able to influence and convince not only peers but also the stakeholders based on analytical results
- To be capable to take decisions at tactical level
- To be able to communicate and explain data driven methodology towards less analytics savvy colleagues
- To be analytical: extremely curious, constantly looking for an explanation; analyzing sharply, concise & to the point
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD
- experience in these tools: Python, Looker or Cognos
- Experience of doing it with Google DialogFlow
- Experience with Conversational AI and chat/callbot improvement of at least 1 year
- Business knowledge/awareness of virtual assistants
- Experience in intent engineering/chatbot improvement
