Job Summary
Analyze large, multi-source datasets to generate actionable business insights on revenue, customer behavior, and operational performance. Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting systems while developing and optimizing SQL-based data models, queries, and workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership teams to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive data-backed strategic decisions. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting systems. Translate complex findings into clear business narratives and recommendations to influence high-level strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience as a Data Analyst
- startup experience
- Strong expertise in SQL
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel
- Working knowledge of Python
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Zoho Analytics, or similar
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset
