Job Summary
Senior Data Analyst responsible for owning core business analytics, building and maintaining dashboards and reporting on revenue, SaaS performance, customer growth, and product adoption; applying statistical methods to evaluate trends, run experiments (A/B tests), and guide strategic decisions; translating complex data into actionable insights and communicating with executive leadership; partnering across Product, Business Development, Operations, Finance, and Strategy to identify opportunities, assess risk, forecast outcomes, and drive business impact; leveraging AI-enabled analytics and collaborating with engineering to improve data pipelines and governance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or statistics (ideally in SaaS/ tech)
- Advanced SQL
- Experience with large datasets
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar for statistical modeling
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, churn, LTV, CAC, product adoption)
- Executive-ready communication and stakeholder partnership
