Job Summary
Support top-line growth and retention metrics by improving data quality and delivering high-impact analysis for Field Sales. Explore large-scale datasets using SQL and AI-assisted platforms to uncover trends, build predictive models, and develop executive-ready dashboards for customer health and strategic opportunities. Partner with Product managers and Sales teams to translate data needs into actionable insights, drive AI-enabled automation, and establish data governance for improved scalability. Present analytics-driven insights to diverse audiences to accelerate decision-making and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Experience navigating Tableau, Salesforce and Snowflake
- Experience using AI models and tools to streamline data analytics and generate insights
- Experience with SQL and working with large data sets
- Experience with sales lifecycle with background in SaaS
- Access to an office location is required
- Minimum 2 days per week in-office expectation

- Experience in customer success, GTM, or sales role supporting internal teams
- Strong analytical mindset and a passion for extracting meaningful insights
- Ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner
