Job Summary
Shape business and data strategy by performing analysis, data mining, predictive modeling, business forecasting, and applied statistics for clients. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to execute data-driven processes and present your approach. Manage a data ecosystem including ETL, data governance, and reporting, while designing innovative data solutions from discovery to delivery. Realign client expectations when challenges arise and proactively research knowledge needed to perform tasks. Prioritize multiple tasks, communicate project status, and offer sound guidance on technical design of systems and schemas. Leverage SQL, dbt, GitHub, and LLMs/AI tools to transform analytics.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of applied analytics in sales, finance, marketing, product, and engineering
- track record of success
- Excellent communication, writing, project management, presentation, cross-functional collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- 3+ years of discovery and assessment of a client's data portfolio, data tools, and data applications
- 2+ years of data management and consulting experience
- Strong working knowledge of SQL
- Skilled in utilizing LLMs, AI coding tools
- Curious and excited about the AI transformation of analytics
- Ability to manage a data ecosystem including ETL, data governance, reporting and insights
- Experience with dbt (Data Build Tool) and GitHub
- Experience in design-and-build innovative data solutions, from discovery to delivery for clients and external stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge in at least one or more languages for applied statistics, data analysis, and machine learning: Python, R, Matlab, SPSS
