Job Summary
Develop scalable audience insights and measurement frameworks across brands, platforms, and AI-driven ecosystems including LLMs, RAG, and content licensing. Build reusable analytics products and dashboards that quantify content discovery, attribution, and business impact for personalization, advertising, and subscription strategies. Lead data analyses on digital product performance and identity resolution, translating complex findings into actionable recommendations for technical and executive stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor cultivating relationships with product, engineering, and business leads to drive strategic decision-making. Report to the VP of Audience Analytics in a hybrid NYC role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
- 5-8 years of experience in a data role, including business intelligence, analytics, data science and/or data engineering
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL, with extensive experience in data mining and working with large-scale data warehouses (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery)
- Advanced skills in creating reports and dashboards with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and storytelling abilities, with excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in leveraging data visualizations effectively
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and influence stakeholders at all levels
Desired Qualifications
- Experience defining business KPIs and measurement frameworks for digital products, audiences, and AI-driven experiences
- Experience with digital publishing, audience measurement, first-party data, identity resolution, content metadata, SEO, AI search, or digital advertising ecosystems
- Familiarity with the digital media and publishing landscape, including media research tools (e.g., Nielsen, Comscore) and knowledge of the CTV/digital advertising ecosystem, programmatic media, and cross-platform measurement
