Senior Data Analyst - Data Capture Content Management

Design, develop, and execute tools for data entry, collection, and verification under the direction of the Data Content Supervisor. Investigate and resolve problems while directing and checking the work of staff associated with the Center for International Blood & Marrow Transplant Research (CIBMTR) network. Maintain accurate, timely data capture and submission through coordinated activities in forms development, manage multiple projects with real-time meeting follow-up, and organize clinical data elements with Program Directors and Primary Investigators. Compile, generate, and review summarized data for stakeholder analysis, test data fields for consistency and quality, and conduct acceptance testing for application validation. Assist with supplemental data collection and participate in committees advancing Data Capture goals. Requires a Bachelor's degree in healthcare or science, two years of experience, and CITI training within 90 days of hire.
