Job Summary
Senior Data Analyst to transform healthcare data into actionable insights, build dashboards and analytical tools, analyze quality, utilization, and equity data to inform decision-making, translate complex data into compelling reports and visuals for diverse audiences, and partner with healthcare leaders, policy experts, and stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions while supporting data governance and the management of sensitive healthcare information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Public Health, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of analytics experience (healthcare analytics or policy experience preferred)
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, R, SAS, data visualization, and statistical analysis
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong collaboration, project management, and problem-solving skills
